1 = alarm or latching active
0 = alarm or latching not active
The above example:
There are 2 local alarms at DP1, with the 2. being in latching mode.
The 1. alarm generated by the DGC-06 is present at DP4.
The 1. alarm generated by the DGC-06 is present at AP5.
