2. A ttach steering bellow (D) to the steering wheei as
—shown in figure 3.
NOTE
One end of the steering bellow is
siightly larger than the other. The
larger end must be assembled to the
steering wheel.

3. Make certain the front wheels of the lawn tractor
are pointing straight.
4. Place steering wheel in position desired, and at¬
tach steering wheel and bellow to the steering
shaft.
On units which have flats on the
steering wheel and shaft, line up the
flats in the wheel with the flats on the
shaft.
5. Secure with belleville washer (B) (cupped side
against the steering wheel) and hex nut (C). See
—figure 4.
6. Position the steering wheel cap (A) as desired and
press it onto the steering wheel by hand.

SEAT INSTALLATION
The seat may be adjusted to two different positions.
Select desired position and secure to seat spring with
—two hex bolts and lock washers. See figure 5.
IMPORTANT
Do not use the last hole in the seat
spring as shown in figure 5 to avoid
interfering with the fuel tank.
