CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
· Before cleaning, turn the
unit off by pressing the
symbol “O” on the Power
Switch, and unplug the
cord from the power outlet.
· The exterior of the sharp-
ener can be cleaned with a
soft damp cloth.
· After each use, empty the
Metal Dust Compartment
located at the bottom of
your sharpener. Flip the
sharpener on the side,
detach the cover of the
Metal Dust Compartment,
then wipe the inside of the
compartment and the
Magnetic Plate attached to
the cover with a soft dry
cloth or paper towel.
· No oils or other lubricant
liquids should be used with
this knife sharpener.
