This electric sharpener has 2 stages of sharpening,
labeled with numbers 1 and 2:
Stage 1 - Coarse sharpening: used for repairing blunt
knives or seriously damaged knives.
Stage 2 - Fine honing: used for knife maintenance.
Each stage has 2 slots,
one slot for each side
of the blade, left and
right.
HOW TO USE
1. Clean all food or residue off
your blade. Never sharpen a
dirty knife blade as this could
cause the sharpener to
malfunction or damage to the
sharpening wheel.
2. Insert the plug on the end of
the power cord into a standard
120-volt electrical outlet.
