3. Place the sharpener on
the table gripping it secure-
ly with your left hand.
4. Push “l” on the Power
Switch.
5. Insert the heel of the
blade into the slot, then
slowly pull the knife back
towards you. Slightly lift
the blade handle as the
curved end of the knife is
drawn through the slot.
6. For even sharpening,
make sure to run each side
of the blade an equal
number of times through
the left and right slot for
each stage.
7. Draw the knife through
the Stage 1 and/or Stage 2
slots (alternating between
the two slots), until the
edge is sharp.
