10.2 Ordering procedure
If you need to replace a part, we recommend speci-
fying the related item code when ordering the relevant
part as well as specifying the type of air heater, the
serial number of the appliance and the name of the
part. The appliance type and serial number are speci-
fi ed on the nameplate added to the appliance.
10.3 Service request
After purchase, you can request a service if required
by contacting the manufacturer. This can through
