Troubleshooting
My device is not charging or (The status indicator lights
are not glowing): Conrm that your device is properly connected to the appropriate
connector on Power Bank. Make sure the function switch for Power Bank is in the on/charge
position (left with green indicator). Press the level check button to verify that Power Bank's battery
has a charge. If no status is shown, please connect Power Bank to a power source with the included
USB cable.
My device is not charging and Power Bank's LEDs are ashing in pairs: Power
Bank is in overload protection. Unplug the last device connected, noting that it may take some
time for the lights to stop ashing. To manually reset, disconnect all devices, move
the function switch to off/sync and then back to on/charge before
