9. Troubleshooting
No sound
z Check if the unit is connected securely with other systems including amplifier or TV.
z Make sure you operate the TV or amplifier correctly.
z Make sure the system setting is correct.
Disc can not be played
z Make sure there is a media disc in the player.
z Check whether there is only one disc in the player.
Remote control does not work
z Remote batteries from the remote control. Replace the batteries with new ones.
z Point the remote control at the remote control sensor of the unit.
z Check whether the batteries energy is sufficient.
Twisting image
Check whether the disc is scratched or dirt is present if player is controlled by micro computers.
If any trouble occurs, turn off the power, check disc, wait 10 minutes, then play.
Button does not work
This may be caused by unstable electricity current or other abnormalities. Turn off power and restart
in 10 minutes.
