Use of USB2.0 and Firewire requires prior installation of Mytek drivers on both Win
and Mac OS.

1. Locate the mytek_vXXXX_usbpal_driver.zip:
2. Extract the contents of the mytek.vXXXX_ usbpal_driver.zip
installer by right clicking on the installers icon and selecting
