RADIO PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE FOR WHC040
The receivers can recognize automatically until 5 trasnmitters. In case of demand of memorization
for more than 5 emitters, the receiver accepts the demand but automatically he eliminates from
codifies the first memorized transmitter.
In order to add a new transmitter to the remote control in use, proceed as follows:
1. Be sure that the receiver is not powered: the green led must be off;
2. Open the box of the receiver: the electronic board is mounted on the top cover: find the PROG
button near the edge:
3. Power on the transmitter. On the display a “radio error” symbol is shown on the upper right
angle of the display. The radio connection isn’t established yet:
4. Power on the receiver by applying the supply voltage: the green led is on and also the red
led near the buttoni is on;
5. Push the Enter button on the transmitter in order to enable the keypad and when the backlight
of the display is on push the UP button of the transmitter and the PROG button of the receiver
at the same time. Keep these button pressed till the red led blinks and then it switches off. At
this time the transmitter is programmed into the receiver’s memory and on the display a “radio
connection” symbol is displayed on the right upper corner:
6. This procedure is automatically disabled when the red led is off, about 15 seconds after the
power up of the receiver. All this procedure must be completed within this time length. If the
red led is off you have to power off and then power on the receiver in order to repeat the
procedure.
7. WARNING: if instead of pressing the UP button you press the DOWN button on the remote
control (point 5) during the programming procedure, the radio control code is stored in the
five positions available in the control unit. In this case, any other previously paired remote
control is excluded and the programmed one becomes the only one available for operation.
