(2) Wall mount
When screwing it to the mounting surface,
tightening torque should be 1 N m or less.
(3) DIN rail mount
Hang the hook on the back of the main unit to the DIN rail first, and press the
bottom to fit the hook. To remove it, insert a slotted screwdriver into the groove of
the stopper at the bottom and pull it.

6. Wiring and Connection

6.1 Wiring
Follow the figures to perform wiring. Use M3 terminal screw. Always use a crimp terminal
(JIS C2805 Type R 1.25-3, or equivalent) for wiring. In that case, tightening torque to the
terminal screw should be 0.5 N m or less.
CAUTION
 Be careful not to cause an excessive impact on the product such
as hitting or dropping during installation of piping.
 Secure a space for maintenance activities.
