Why is the heat low on my Napoleon Grill?
    • J
      Jeffrey WeaverAug 17, 2025
If your Napoleon Grill shows low heat or low flame even when the valve is set to high, here's what might be happening: * **For propane users:** The lighting procedure might not have been followed correctly. Make sure all gas grill valves are off when you turn on the tank valve, and turn the tank on slowly to allow the pressure to equalize. Refer to the lighting instructions for the correct procedure. * **For natural gas users:** The supply line might be too small. Ensure the pipe is appropriately sized according to the installation code. * **For all users:** The grill may not have been preheated properly. Preheat the grill with both main burners on high for 10 to 15 minutes.

What to do if my Napoleon PRO665RSIBN3 Grill has excessive flare-ups?
    • J
      jerry13Aug 20, 2025
Excessive flare-ups and uneven heat in your Napoleon Grill can be due to a few reasons: * The sear plates might be installed incorrectly. Ensure they are installed with the holes towards the front and the slots on the bottom. Refer to the assembly instructions for guidance. * The grill might not be preheated properly. Preheat the grill with both main burners on high for 10 to 15 minutes. * There might be excessive grease and ash buildup on the sear plates and in the drip pan. Clean the sear plates and drip pan regularly. Do not line the pan with aluminum foil and refer to the cleaning instructions.

Why is the burner output low on my Napoleon PRO665RSIBN3?
    • W
      Wanda SimsAug 22, 2025
If the burner output on the 'high' setting of your Napoleon Grill is too low, accompanied by a rumbling noise and fluttering blue flame at the burner surface, it could be due to: * Lack of gas. Check the gas level in the propane cylinder. * A pinched supply hose. Reposition the supply hose as necessary. * A dirty or clogged orifice. Clean the burner orifice. * Spider webs or other material in the venturi tube. Clean out the venturi tube. * The propane regulator being in a 'low flow' state. Ensure the lighting procedure is followed carefully. All gas grill valves must be in the off position when the tank valve is turned on. Turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize. See the lighting instructions.

    • L
      Lisa RodriguezAug 30, 2025

Why is "paint" peeling inside the lid of my Napoleon PRO665RSIBN3 Grill?
    • C
      Christy WilsonSep 13, 2025
If you notice what appears to be "paint" peeling inside the lid or hood of your Napoleon Grill, don't worry, it's not a defect. The finish on the lid and hood is porcelain and will not peel. The peeling is caused by hardened grease, which dries into paint-like shards that flake off. Regular cleaning will prevent this. See the cleaning instructions for guidance.

    • N
      Norma BellNov 24, 2025
If your Napoleon Grill's oven and control panel lights are not working, check the following: * Ensure the unit is properly connected to a power source by plugging the power cord into the electrical box on the back of the grill, using a working GFI-protected outlet. Also, plug the transformer cord into the power box. * Check for a blown fuse and replace it if necessary. The fuse is located on the outlet line of the transformer. * Check the transformer output, which should be 12VAC, and replace the transformer if required. * Inspect the terminals on the switch or circuit board for corrosion or looseness.
