2.5 POST INSTALLATION TESTS
To certify the installation, FAA Form 337 must be completed. In addition,
weight and balance or any operating limitations must be entered into the
aircraft logbook. Refer to the current Federal Aviation Regulations for any
additional requirements.
Weight : Unit - 0.7 lbs. (0.318 kg.)
Tray - 0.090 lbs. (0.041 kg.)
Power Requirements : 11 to 32 Vdc at 1.4 amps maximum during the first 3
minutes of operation. 0.35 amps average after 3
minutes of operation.
2.5.1 Preflight Tests
A preflight test should be performed using test equipment described in
section 2.4.6.1 of this manual. The test shall be performed in accordance to
F.A.R. 91.411 or other applicable air regulation.
