Tip: Make sure that the Test generator
batteries are not run down, otherwise
the output power of the generator will
be insufficient to properly test the field
sensors.
Although performing an extended self-test
with the aid of the Test Generator may permit
a fault to be detected, it provides no guarantee
that all sensors are measuring correctly, for
instance after inexpert handling such as when
