1. Carefully remove the Shrouds. Refer to the “Replace the

Shrouds” procedure in this manual.

2. Slowly turn the Drive Pulley (A) backward and carefully

3. Remove the old Drive Belt (B) after noting how to

properly route the new Belt.

4. Put the new Drive Belt (B) in position on the Flywheel

Pulley (C). Put the Drive Belt in position around the

Tensioner Assembly (D). Be sure that the upper portion

of the Drive Belt is under the Tensioner Bearings on the

Tensioner Assembly. Slowly turn the Drive Pulley (A)

backward and carefully ease the Drive Belt onto the Drive

Pulley.

5. Make sure the Drive Belt is aligned on the Flywheel

Pulley (C), Belt Tensioner (D) and Drive Pulley (A).

6. The remainder of reassembly is the reverse procedure.

Put the Right Shroud in position and reinstall the Right Crank

Arm. Installation does not require the use of the crank puller.

Note: Before fully attaching the Shrouds, check the belt

tension. Refer to the “Belt Tension Adjustment”

procedure.

7. Final Inspection

Inspect your machine to ensure that all hardware is tight and

components are properly assembled.

Do not use until the machine has been fully

assembled and inspected for correct performance
