Step 1: Assemble Base Frame

Attach Main Base, Rear Uprights, and Leg Extension Frame. Tighten securely, using two people for the frame.

Step 3: Install Pec Fly Components

Install Pec Fly Arms and Handles

Attach Pec Fly Arms and Handles, ensuring they rotate freely. Install plastic caps.

Step 4: Assemble Press Arm Mechanism

Attach Press Arm Support and Shaft

Connect the Press Arm Support Assembly and shaft to the Top Beam. Tighten set screws.

Install Press Arm and Handles

Attach Press Arm to its support and install Handles. Tighten hardware firmly.

Step 5: Install Seat and Back Pad

Assemble Seat Unit

Connect Seat Cross Tube, Seat Adjuster, and Seat Pad. Install Seat Adjuster into frame.

Assemble Back Pad Unit

Connect Back Pad Tube, Back Pad, and Adjustment Plate. Install Back Pad Adjuster into frame.

Step 6: Install Roller Bars and Rollers

Install Locking Roller Bar and Eccentric Rollers

Install Locking Roller Bar with eccentric rollers and end caps. Ensure alignment.

Step 7: Assemble High/Low Pulley System

Connect Pulley System Components

Attach Power Spring, Front Plate, Hi/Low Pulley Adjuster, and Swivel Arms. Tighten securely.

Step 8: Install Weight Stacks

Prepare Weight Stack Rods and Plates

Step 9: Route High/Low Pulley Cable

Prepare Cable and Route

Connect Cable to Assemblies

Step 10: Route Pull-Down Cable

Route Cable #1 Through Frame

Step 11: Route Secondary Cable

Route Cable #4 Through Frame

Secure Cable #4 Loop

Step 12: Route Pec Fly Cable

Install Pec Fly System Pulleys

Connect Pec Fly Cable

Step 14: Final Checks and Adjustments

Perform Cable Tensioning
