HARDWARE PROBLEMS: Locate the problem with a little help from
the diodes and the illustration below, Fig. 8.
Trouble shooting

Power connection OK.
OFF, control power connection

F3 230V fuse OK.
OFF, change* F3 (1AT)
D3
F1 12VDC horn OK.
OFF, change* F1 (5AT)
D4
F2 24VDC digits OK.
OFF, Change* F2 (5AT)

24VDC for Naucon-1000.
Remove all plugs connected to J2, J3 and
J4. If D5 light turns on, there might be
a short circuit in the cables or in Nau-
con-1000.

Naucon-1000: Flashing when data is re-
ceived through cable or wireless.
Naucon 10, 20, 30, 40: Only a short flash
when button is activated.
OFF, no data received.
D7
Always flashing. Internal operation
OFF, change NGMCB or call service.
D8
Naucon 1000:
Flashing when wireless data is received.
Wireless module must be installed for
D8 to function.
Make sure Naucon-1000 is turned on.
Naucon 10, 20, 30, 40:
Only a short flash when button is activated.

Change of fuse. Press top of fuse holder
and turn counter-clockwise.
