Communication Options
The UPS is equipped with a USB and a DB-9 communication port. Either
the USB port or the DB-9 communication port may be used to monitor
the UPS; however, they cannot operate simultaneously.
USB Port
The UPS can communicate with a USB-compliant computer using power
management software. To establish communication between the UPS and
acomputer:
1. Connect the USB cable to the USB port on the UPS rear panel.
Connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB port on
your computer.
