Redialling a Previous Number
Do Not Disturb
Adjust LCD Contrast
• Press the Redial key - your last dialled call is displayed
• Press the UP or DOWN Cursor keys to scroll through your call list
• Press the Redial key to make the call
Block incoming calls to your extension
• Ensure the phone is idle and press the DND key
• Dial 1 to block Outside calls
• Dial 2 to block Internal calls
• Dial 3 to block All calls
• Dial 4 to block Transferred calls
• Dial 0 to Cancel
To adjust the display:
• Press the Menu soft key
• Dial 21 on the dial pad
• Press the Select soft key
• Press the (UP) or (DOWN) Cursor keys to adjust the display contrast
• Press Enter key
• Press Speaker key to finish
Transferring a Call
• Press the Transfer key during a call
• Dial the extension number of the required party
• Press the Transfer key to send the call through, or wait for answer, announce the
caller and then press the Transfer key to send the call through
Placing a Call on Hold
• Press the Hold Key during a call
• Outside calls will flash at the Line key, Internal calls will flash at the Hold key
• Press the flashing key to retrieve the held caller
Answer Calls
Your phone will ring and the Call Indicator will flash, to answer the call either;
• Lift the handset
• Press the Speaker key answer by hands-free
