If your NEC CRT TV has no picture or sound, try the following: Ensure the power cord is plugged in. Check that 'Volume Down' isn't pressed and the 'Volume Control' isn't at its minimum. Verify the antenna direction and installation, and try different channels to see if the program is in color. Also, press the power button on the TV, adjust the volume with the 'Volume Up' button, direct the antenna toward the TV, and adjust the 'Frequency' function.
