Volume Control
By pressing up or down on the
Navigator dial you can control
the
Volume up or down
depending on
what the phone is currently
doing.
Microphone
Control
The microphone is
used when talking
in hands free.
Press the MIC
key to toggle
the
microphone
ON/OFF
Message Light Cancel
If you have a flashing
green message light on
your handset
Go Off Hook dial

Voice Over Intercom
Dial extension number, wait for
ring tone, Dial 1 to activate voice
announce
Note. If the microphone is active on
the dialled extensions handset, a
two way conversation is activated
When the handset is raised the volume
controls the hand piece volume
When the speaker key is pressed, the
volume controls the hands free listening
volume
When the phone is ringing, the volume
controls the incoming ringing level
When the handset is idle the volume
controls the screens contrast making the
screen darker or lighter
