 Dial extension number, wait for
ring tone, Dial 1 to activate voice

Note. If the microphone is active on
the dialled extensions handset, a
two way conversation is activated
 When the handset is raised the volume
controls the hand piece volume
 When the speaker key is pressed, the
volume controls the hands free listening
volume
 When the phone is ringing, the volume
controls the incoming ringing level
 When the handset is idle the volume
controls the screens contrast making the
screen darker or lighter
