Settings
Note:
1. If you disable a SIM card, you will be unable to use it to make calls, send messages, or access the Internet.
2. You can configure whether you want to select a SIM card manually or use the default SIM card each time you make a
call. If you choose to use the default SIM card, your phone will use that SIM card for all outgoing calls.
14. 2 Airplane mode
Wireless devices may interfere with an airplane’s flight system. Power off your phone or switch to airplane
mode when you are on a flight.
After you enable airplane mode, you will not be able to make or receive calls, use mobile data. However, you
will still be able to play music, watch videos, and use applications that do not require an Internet connection.
When airplane mode is on, is displayed in the status bar.
Use one of the following methods to enable or disable airplane mode:
• Go to Settings -> More and then turn the Airplane mode switch on.
• Swipe down from the status bar twice to open the Quick settings panel, and then tap Airplane mode
to turn it on.
14. 3 Display
Configure the display settings to personalize your phone. For example, you can change the wallpaper, font size,
and screen-off time.
1. On the Home screen, tap Settings -> Display.
2. You can configure the following settings.
• MiraVision
TM
: Tap MiraVision
TM
-> -> Picture mode, you can select Standard mode or Vivid
mode based on your needs, or you can select the User mode to personalize the picture quality diaplay
for your phone.
• Brightness level: Tap to adjust screen brightness.
• Adaptive brightness: Turn on the switch and your phone will automatically adjust the screen brightness
according to the ambient brightness.
• Wallpaper: Tap to choose the picture you want to set as your wallpaper.
• Sleep: Tap to select the time when the phone starts to sleep.
• Screen saver: Tap to turn on the switch and choose the mode you like, then you can control what
happens when the phone is docked and/or sleeping.
• Font size: Set the font size.
• Display size: Set the diaplay size of the items on your phone.
• When device is rorated: Tap to choose Rotate the contents of the screen or Stay in portrait view.
14. 4 Notifications
1. On the Home screen, tap Settings -> Notifications.
2. Tap All apps to choose the notification mode for all the apps. Or tap the app icons one by one and
personalize their notification mode based on your need:
• Block all: Never show notification from this app. Turn the switch Block all on to disable notifications for
the application so as to prevent unnecessary disturbances.
• Show silently: Don’t make sound, vibrate, or peek these notifications into view on the current screen.
