REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Remove
nozzle
from
body.
Secure plate/
motor assem-
bly to body by
replacing the
retaining ring.
Reinstall
the nozzle
in body.

If the shaft or motor of the R55/R55i is worn or damaged the plate will not rotate properly. The plate/motor
assembly can be replaced using this kit. Additionally, R55 units with a black plate can be upgraded to the
latest performance using #12437. These kits may not be used with R55VT or R55i VT. est performance using #12437. These kit

Remove old plate/
motor assembly from
body, and insert new
plate/motor assembly.
Remove retaining
ring using snap-
ring pliers.
