GEAR DRIVE INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT

ATTACH TO UNDERGROUND PIPE

Connect the gear drive to the underground pipe, avoiding pipe dope.

CLAMP IN "UP" POSITION

Secure the cap in the 'UP' position by slipping the clamp into place.

POP OFF CAP

Line up the mark and use a wrench to pry off the sprinkler cap.

SELECT AND INSTALL NOZZLE

Choose and install the correct nozzle, ensuring the retaining screw is seated.

FULL CIRCLE ADJUSTMENT

Set the sprinkler for full circle coverage by leaving the black side of the disk up.

PART CIRCLE ADJUSTMENT

Adjust the sprinkler's watering pattern to a specific part circle.

CHECK WITH WATER ON

Verify part circle patterns and adjust nozzle screw for spray diffusion.

REPLACE CAP

Reattach the sprinkler cap, ensuring it is locked securely in place.
