Installation Instructions
Installation on Mounting
Installation of Actuators
For flexible wires, open
the clamp with a screw-
driver and plug the cable
in.
A maximum of 13 Actuators may be connect-
ed to the Basis Wireless. 4 (2) actuators may
be connected per channel. However, several heating
zones can be allocated to a Wireless Thermostat.
A maximum of 4 actua-
tors may be connected
per thermostat (zone). An
extension is possible with
Actuator Module.
Push the actuator cables
into the clamp.
Following the installation of the Actuators onto the
heating circuit valves (see actuator installation instruc-
tions) the Actuator must be connected to the Basis
Wireless as follows.
Plug/clamp connections
The following wire types are suitable for the plug/
clamp connections:
solid wire: 0.5 - 1.5 mm²
flexible wire: 1.0 - 1.5 mm²
For a proper connection, 10 mm of the line ends
should be stripped.
