    What to do if my NEP Inverter BDM-600 is inoperable?

      If your NEP BDM-600 inverter isn't working, start by checking the connection to the utility grid, ensuring the voltage and frequency are within acceptable ranges. Also, remove AC and DC power to verify utility power is present at the inverter. Then, reconnect the DC module connectors and watch for LED blinks. Check the AC branch circuit interconnection harness between all BDM-600s to ensure each inverter is energized by the utility grid. Confirm any AC disconnects are functioning correctly and are closed. Verify the PV module DC voltage is within the allowable range, and inspect the DC connections between the BDM-600 and the PV module.

    Why is my NEP BDM-300 Inverter PLC signal weak?

      A weak PLC signal in your NEP inverter might be due to the distance between the micro inverters and the gateway, or interference from other electronic devices. You can check the PLC signal quality through the interface on the BDG-256 gateway. To improve signal quality, try moving the BDG-256 closer to the micro inverter arrays or farther away from other sources of interference. In some situations, installing a signal filter (LCF) may help reduce interference to PLC communication.
