Why is the ACT LED flashing continuously on all connected ports on my NETGEAR GSM7328S-200NAS Switch, and the network is disabled?
    • M
      Megan MelendezJul 26, 2025
A continuously flashing ACT LED on all connected ports, coupled with a disabled network on your NETGEAR Switch, indicates a network loop, which is a redundant path. To resolve this, ensure there is only one path from any networked device to any other. In other words, break the loop.

How to fix Link LED is off or intermittent on NETGEAR GSM7328S-200NAS Switch?
    • S
      Sean SextonAug 1, 2025
If the Link LED on your NETGEAR Switch is off or intermittent, it indicates that the port connection is not working. Check the crimp on the connectors, and ensure the plug is properly inserted and locked into the port at both the switch and the connecting device. Make sure all cables used are correct and comply with Ethernet specifications. Check for a defective adapter card, cable, or port by testing them in an alternate environment where all products are functioning.

    • K
      kristin69Sep 12, 2025
If a segment or device is not being recognized as part of the network when using your NETGEAR Switch, it could be due to improper connection or cabling that doesn't meet Ethernet guidelines.
