Use NETGEAR genie After Installation
NETGEAR genie can help you set up your booster to connect to a wireless network. During
installation, when you launch your Internet browser, NETGEAR genie automatically displays.
 After installation, to use genie again:
1. Log in to the b
ooster.
Note: Once you begin using genie, you have to complete all of its steps
before you can exit.
2. Select Setup Wizard.
The software detects wireless networks in your area and displays a list:
3 Either select a network from the list, or select the Manually input my wireless SSID radio
button and type the SSID.
If the network is secure, you are prompted to enter the passphrase (network password):
4. Enter the password for your wireless network and click Continue.
