If your Neuton Lawn Mower motor isn't starting, even with the Safety Key inserted and the Control Bar depressed, try these steps: Ensure the Safety Key is properly inserted and the green Status Indicator Light is ON. Check if the white Button on the Safety Key has popped up; if so, depress it to reset. Verify the Battery is correctly installed and fully charged, with the green Status Indicator Light ON. Check the Cable attachment for a secure connection. Confirm the Mower/Auxiliary Switch is in the correct position. If your Neuton Lawn Mower stops unexpectedly during mowing (not due to releasing the Control Bar), the following could be the reasons: Fully recharge the Battery or replace it with a fully charged one. If the Status Indicator Light is off, the Circuit Breaker inside the Safety Key may have tripped; reset it by pushing the white Button in the Safety Key and restart the mower. Try raising the cutting height or narrowing your cutting swath. Remove the Safety Key and Battery, turn the Mower over, and clean if necessary. Reset it and try again. Raise the cutting height, walk more slowly, or cut a narrower swath. If the grass is wet, allow it to dry before mowing.
