What to do if Neuton CE 6 motor fails to start?

If the Neuton Trimmer motor won't start, even with the Safety Key inserted and the Control Bar depressed, try these steps: Ensure the Trimmer/Edger is fully inserted into the port(s). Verify the Safety Key is correctly inserted and the green Status Indicator Light is ON. Check if the white Button on the Safety Key has popped up; if so, depress it to reset. Confirm the Battery is correctly installed and fully charged, replacing or recharging if necessary. Ensure the Mower/Auxiliary Switch is in the correct position. Finally, follow the correct starting sequence by sliding the orange Start Knob to the left and squeezing the orange Control Bar.
