Slide inner tube up and
out until channel is visible,
threading the new band
through the outer tube with
plug on one end.
Lock inner end
cap and re-attach
tube to base.
Ensure bands
match up to
channel depth
(over and
under).
Attach plug to
free end
of band, securing
band in place.
Plug in all bands at desired
level of asssistance.
