Connecting communication
This accessory contains an accessories card (AA5) that
must be connected directly to the heat pump on the in-
put card (terminal block AA3-X4).
If several accessories are to be connected or are already
installed, the following instructions must be followed.
The first accessory card must be connected directly to
the heat pump's terminal block AA3-X4. The following
cards must be connected in series with the previous card.
The communication cable (W102, length 2,5 metres) is
factory fitted and connected according to the table be-
low.

Connecting the supply
PCM 40/42 is factory fitted with power cable and plug
(W101, length 3,0 metres).

Use cable type LiYY, EKKX or similar.
A contact (NO) can be connected to AA5-X2:23-24 to
block cooling operation. When the contact closes, cool-
ing operation is blocked.

Connecting sensors
The sensor EQ1-BT25 must be connected to one of the
heat pump’s AUX inputs.
Selectable inputs on the input board for these functions
are:
X6:9-10AUX1
X6:11-12AUX2
X6:13-14AUX3
X6:15-16AUX4
X6:17-18AUX5
When the sensor is connected to one of five special
outputs, the correct function must be selected for the
correct connection in the heat pump’s software (EQ1-
BT25).
