Due to the requirements of BS EN 303-5 Class 5, the
gasket is very strong and you have to ghten it prey
much the rst few mes. If this is not done, the bo-
iler goes into alarm mode and a code 03 appears i.e.
the burner safety circuit. There are three factors that
may acvate alarm: the door opening sensor, contact
between the cover and the burner, or actual burner
overheang when the bimetallic sensor at the pipe
elbow is switched OFF due to secondary combuson
(90 °C).
ATTENTION
We recommend the draught between 20-25 Pa (2.0
-2.5 mm HG) at 100% capacity, as long as the external
condions allow it (depending on the weather con-
dions). If the sucient draught cannot be achieved,
remove the central set of turbulators and repeat the
test. If the problem persists, you should improve con-
dions in the chimney, e.g. through the installaon of
an air exhaust fan.
