If the machine has been used until the Red light illuminates on the battery level indicator on the machine, a full recharge of the batteries (10-12 hours) will be required. Failure to
carry out this this procedure may cause damage to the batteries. Charging the batteries after every use is recommended.
PLEASE ENSURE RED SOCKET IS LEFT DISCONNECTED AFTER RECHARGE IF THE MACHINE IS NOT TO BE USED ON A DAILY BASIS

2. Check that the drive pedal is
responding and all circuit breakers
are armed.
1. Check battery charge gauge.
3. Check battery cables are well
connected together.
4. Recovery tank seal cover must
correctly installed and in good
condition.
16. In case something does not work
enter the Service test mode by
pressing the scrub ON switch and the
Vacuum switch together and turn on
the key. Go through the menu.
13. Make sure that deck and squeegee
are moving down when pressing
the button.
11. Install Brushes.
12. Adjust side skirts height
14. Adjust water flow.
15. Adjust detergent flow.
7. Check the height of the squeegee by
adjusting the castor wheels.
5. Inspect the squeegee blades for cuts
or chunks.
6. Install squeegee. 8. Open broom door compartment
and check presence of ropes or
debris that can block it.
9. Check presence of water in the
solution tank.
10. If necessary open the solution filter
cage and clean the net.
