  If the right brush motor contactor coil is overloaded on your Nilfisk-Advance Scrubber, follow these steps: 1. Check for a K2 coil wiring problem or a short circuit (wire colors VIO & YEL/BLU). 2. Check the coil resistance. If the resistance is below 75 ohms, replace the coil. Contactor K2 is for the right motor on two- or three-motor decks. K2 is the only contactor on single-motor decks.

Check for any binding in the rotation of the brushes and ensure the brush deck lift actuator is operating correctly. 2. Inspect the negative supply cable at the brush motor for wiring issues, and also check the small BRN current sense wire in the harness and A2 pin J2-2. 3. Look for any short circuits in the brush motor or its wiring. If you have a cylindrical model, verify there is no excessive belt tension and check the condition of the idler bearing. Note that some models use one, two, or three scrub motors.
