ATTENTION! Do not use the machine before you have read and understood the User Manual
2. Fill the tank with a solution suitable
for the work to be performed.
Always follow the dilution instructions
on the label of the chemical product
used to prepare the solution. Its tem-
perature must not exceed 40°C.
1 Disconnect the battery charger cable
from the electrical main.
3. Install the squeegee and fasten it
with the handwheels, then connect
the vacuum hose to the squeegee.
4. Place the brush or the pad-holder
under the deck. Use the appropriate
brush to clean the floor.

battery charger cable to the
electrical main

blades
16. Clean the machine using a damp
cloth and where needed use a
neutral cleaning product
18. Park the machine with the recovery
tank cover open
12. Clean the filter by: Remove the
transparent cover and the gasket

the recovery tank with the hose. Then
empty the solution tank with the
trasparent hose
11. Wash with clean water the recovery
tank and the vacuum grid
13. Remove the brush/pad and clean
them
14. Take the squeegee off and remove
debris.
7. Press the solutionow control
switch as necessary, depending on the
type of cleaning to be performed
5. Switch on the brush and vac motors
to activate the machine
6. Press the handle switch to engage
the brush and run the machine
8. Lower the squeegee with the lever. 9. Press the enabling push-button together
with the brush levers for starting floor
cleaning. If solution applied flows outside
the brush housing during use, reduce the
ow of solution.
If the machine has been used until the Red light illuminates on the battery level indicator on the machine, a full recharge of the batteries (10-12 hours) will be required. Failure to
carry out this this procedure may cause damage to the batteries. Charging the batteries after every use is recommended.
PLEASE ENSURE RED SOCKET IS LEFT DISCONNECTED AFTER RECHARGE IF THE MACHINE IS NOT TO BE USED ON A DAILY BASIS

Start Floor Cleaning

Press enabling push-button with brush levers; adjust solution flow if needed.

Empty Tanks

At work end, empty recovery tank with hose, then empty solution tank.

Clean Recovery Tank and Grid

Wash the recovery tank and vacuum grid with clean water.

Clean Filter

Clean the filter by removing the transparent cover and gasket.

Clean Brush/Pad

Remove the brush or pad-holder and clean them.

Remove Squeegee and Debris

Take the squeegee off and remove any accumulated debris.

Clean Squeegee Blades

Check and clean the squeegee blades for optimal performance.

General Machine Cleaning

Clean machine exterior with a damp cloth; use a neutral cleaner if required.

Charge Batteries

Connect the battery charger cable to the electrical main to charge the batteries.

Park Machine

Park the machine with the recovery tank cover open.

Troubleshooting

Machine Not Working Correctly

Check power cable connection and battery charge status if the machine is not working as expected.

Suction Issues

Verify suction hose installation, clean recovery tank/vacuum grid, check squeegee blades, and verify gasket wear.

Cleaning Performance Issues

Check water settings, ensure the solution tap is open, and verify the solution filter is clean.

Brush Operation Issues

Check brush installation, motor overload indicators, and external materials obstructing rotation.
