      henryhinesAug 16, 2025
Poor water pick-up by the Nilfisk-Advance Scrubber can occur due to several reasons: worn or torn squeegee blades (reverse or replace them), the squeegee being out of adjustment (adjust it, so blades touch the floor evenly), a full recovery tank (empty it), a leak in the recovery tank drain hose (secure or replace the cap), a leak in the recovery tank cover gasket (replace the gasket or properly seat the cover), debris caught in the squeegee (clean the squeegee tool), a clogged or missing squeegee seal (clean or replace it), a clogged vacuum hose (remove the debris), using too much solution (reduce the flow), or the foam filter cover not being seated (seat it properly).
