3.5 Fill up tank for Nilfisk-
Alto AntiStone (Anti-
Scale) indicator
1. Fill up Nilfisk-Alto Anti-Stone
(Anti-Scale)/water softener res-
ervoir with the sample bottle
provided. Nilfi sk-Alto AntiStone
(Anti-Scale) prevents any depos-
its of scale and acts at the same
time as a corrosion inhibitor.
For compatibility reasons, use only
the tested Nilfisk-Alto AntiStone
(Anti-Scale) which is available as a
six-pack of 1 liter bottles by ordering
3.4 Fill up detergent tanks
1. Fill up detergent tanks (A) and
(B) with prediluted detergent.

3.3 Install Crank handle
for high pressure hose
reel/cord reel
1. Pull cap of crank in arrow direc-
tion.
2. Align tabs on crank with slot in
axle.
3. Put crank on axle of high pres-
sure hose reel/cord reel.
4. Fix crank by pushing the cap.

3.6 Adjusting the Nilfisk-
Alto AntiStone (Anti-
Scale) device
The Nilfi sk-Alto AntiStone device is
set at the factory to a water hardness
of class 2. Adjustment:
1. Open cabinet (A) and service
door (B).
2. Only on ..X2 models: remove
crank.
3. Measure the water hardness or
ask your water supply company.
4. Set the adjusting knob to re-
quired position.
