1. Place all the ingredients into the Pitcher and blend
on HIGH for 45 seconds until smooth. Strain the
watermelon and discard the fruit.
2. Pour into a bowl or ice cube trays, freeze 3-4
hours until almost solid. Shave with a fork into
glasses.
6 cups watermelon, peeled, seeded
and roughly cut
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoons agave
6-8 mint leaves, chopped
2-4 SERVINGS
