  If the motor of your Ninja Blender doesn't start or the blades don't rotate, first ensure the Nutri Ninja cup is securely placed onto the Power Pod. Then, check that the plug is securely inserted into the electrical outlet and inspect the fuse or breaker in your home, replacing the fuse or resetting the breaker if necessary. Also, make sure the inside of the Power Pod is clean and free of any food blocking the connection between the Power Pod and Nutri Ninja cup. If there's too much food in the container, unplug the Power Pod, remove some food, and try again. Finally, if the unit has overheated, unplug it and wait about 15 minutes before using it again.

  If food collects on the sides of the Nutri Ninja cup, it probably means you're processing too much food at once. Turn the Power Pod off, and when the blades stop rotating, remove the cup from the Power Pod. Then, remove some of the food being processed to reduce the amount in the cup.

  If you're finding that your Ninja Blender is chopping food too finely or making it too watery, it's likely that the food has been overprocessed. To avoid this, use brief pulses or process for a shorter time, and always let the blades stop completely between pulses.
