      If the motor of your Ninja Blender doesn't start or the blade assembly doesn't rotate, first, ensure the Master Pod's bottom is clean and free of any food blocking the connection. Check that the plug is securely inserted into the electrical outlet and verify the fuse or breaker. If necessary, replace the fuse or reset the breaker. Also, make sure the splashguard is securely on the container and the Master Pod is securely placed on the splashguard. If there is still no start, there may be too much food in the container, or the unit may have overheated or overloaded. Unplug the blender and wait about 10 minutes before trying again.

      If food collects on the splashguard or on the sides of the Master Prep Professional Pitcher or Bowl of your Ninja Blender, it might be due to processing too much food at once. Turn off the machine and wait for the blade assembly to stop rotating. Then, remove the Master Pod and the splashguard, and take out some of the food before resuming.
