What to do if my Ninja BL771 motor doesn’t start?

If the motor doesn't start or the attachment doesn't rotate, ensure the container is securely placed on the motor base and the lid is correctly positioned and secure. Check that the appliance is turned 'On' by pressing the power button. Also, verify that the plug is securely inserted into the electrical outlet and inspect the fuse or circuit breaker. If the unit has overloaded or overheated, unplug it and wait approximately 15 minutes before using it again. Make sure the unit is not overloaded.
