1 To eliminate a choking hazard for young children, discard all packaging materials immediately upon unpacking.
2 This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience or
knowledge if they have been given supervision and instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved.
3 Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children. DO NOT allow children to play with or use the appliance. Close
supervision is necessary when used near children.
4 Spilled food can cause serious burns. DO NOT let cord hang over edges of tables.
5 To prevent fire, DO NOT place appliance on or near a gas or electric stovetop, or in a heated oven.
6 Before placing removable complete meal pot in the cooker base, ensure pot and cooker base are clean and dry by wiping with
a soft cloth.
7 When removable complete meal pot is empty, DO NOT heat it for more than 10 minutes. Doing so may damage the cooking surface.
8 DO NOT use this appliance for deep-frying.
9 Caution should be used when searing meats and sautéing. Keep hands and face away from the removable complete meal pot,
especially when adding new ingredients, as hot oil may splatter.
10 This appliance is for household use only. DO NOT use this appliance for anything other than its intended use. DO NOT use in
moving vehicle or boats. DO NOT use outdoors. Misuse may cause injury.
11 Intended for countertop use only. Ensure the surface is level, clean, and dry. DO NOT place the appliance near the edge of a
countertop during operation.
12 To protect against electrical shock DO NOT immerse cord, plugs, or main unit housing in water or other liquid. Cook only in the
basket provided.
13 DO NOT use an extension cord. A short power-supply cord is used to reduce the risk of children grabbing the cord or becoming
entangled and to reduce the risk of people tripping over a longer cord.
14 DO NOT use the appliance if there is damage to the power cord or plug. Regularly inspect the appliance and power cord. If the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any way, immediately stop use and call Customer Service.
15 ALWAYS ensure the appliance is properly assembled before use.
16 DO NOT cover the side air outlet vent or rear air outlet vent while lid is closed. Doing so will prevent even cooking and may
damage the unit or cause it to overheat.

The Ninja Combi™ All-in-One Multi-Cooker, Oven, and Air Fryer (SFP700 Series) is a versatile kitchen appliance designed for indoor household use, combining multiple cooking functions to prepare a wide range of meals.

Function Description:

The device offers two primary cooking modes, selected via the SmartSwitch: COMBI COOKER and AIR FRY/STOVETOP.

COMBI COOKER Mode Functions:

  • COMBI MEALS: Facilitates easy preparation of three-part meals with a single touch.
  • COMBI CRISP: Creates a combination of juicy and crisp results.
  • COMBI BAKE: Bakes fluffier cakes and quick breads faster and with less fat.
  • STEAM: Gently cooks delicate foods at a high temperature.
  • PROOF: Creates an ideal environment for dough to rest and rise.
  • RICE/PASTA: Offers options for cooking no-drain rice or pasta.

AIR FRY/STOVETOP Mode Functions:

  • AIR FRY: Gives food crispness and crunch with little to no oil.
  • BAKE: Functions as an oven for traditional baked treats and more.
  • BROIL: Uses high heat from above to caramelize and brown food tops.
  • PIZZA: Cooks pizza perfectly from frozen to table-ready.

Usage Features:

The Ninja Combi™ is operated via a control panel featuring a SmartSwitch, function arrows, temperature/shade arrows, time/slices arrows, START/STOP button, POWER button, and LIGHT button.

SmartSwitch: Allows users to toggle between COMBI COOKER and AIR FRY/STOVETOP modes, illuminating available functions for the selected mode. Function Arrows: Used to scroll through and highlight desired cooking functions within the chosen mode. TEMP/SHADE Arrows: Adjust cooking temperature (e.g., 250°F to 450°F in 10 or 15-degree increments for Combi Crisp/Bake, 90°F to 105°F in 5-degree increments for Proof, 250°F to 400°F in 10 or 15-degree increments for Air Fry/Bake, 450°F in 25-degree increments for Broil, 120°F to 190°F in 5-degree increments for Sous Vide) or the shade of bread when toasting. TIME/SLICES Arrows: Adjust cooking time (e.g., 1 to 60 minutes for Combi Meals/Crisp, 1 minute to 1 hour 15 minutes for Combi Bake, up to 60 minutes for Steam, 15 minutes to 4 hours for Proof, up to 1 hour for Air Fry/Bake, up to 30 minutes for Broil, 3 to 24 hours for Sous Vide) or the number of bread slices when toasting. START/STOP Button: Initiates cooking or stops the current cooking function. POWER Button: Turns the unit on/off and stops all cooking functions. LIGHT Button: Toggles the unit's interior light. The light automatically illuminates in the last 30 seconds of the cook cycle.

Door Operation: The door opens by pulling from the right side of the handle and clicks into place when fully opened or closed. The door can be opened or closed regardless of the SmartSwitch position.

Accessories: The unit includes a Combi Cooker Pan, Crisper Tray, and Bake Tray.

  • Combi Meals: Liquid and ingredients are added to the Combi Cooker Pan, with additional ingredients placed on the Bake Tray. The Combi Cooker Pan slides into level 1 (bottom position) and the Bake Tray into level 2 (top position).
  • Combi Crisp/Bake: Requires water in the Combi Cooker Pan. Ingredients are assembled based on recipes.
  • Steam: Water is added to the Combi Cooker Pan, and ingredients are placed on the Crisper Tray, which is inserted into level 1.
  • Proof: The Crisper Tray is placed in the Combi Cooker Pan.
  • Rice/Pasta: Liquid and rice/pasta are added to the Combi Cooker Pan, which is inserted into level 1.
  • Air Fry: The Crisper Tray is placed in the Combi Cooker Pan, which slides into the designated rail. Ingredients are added to the crisper tray and installed in level 1. Periodic shaking of ingredients is recommended for even browning.
  • Bake: Ingredients are assembled based on recipes.
  • Broil: Ingredients are added to the Bake Tray and installed on Level 2.
  • Pizza: Frozen pizza is placed on the Bake Tray, which slides into Level 1. Monitoring food is recommended to avoid overcooking.
  • Toast: Bread is placed in the Combi Cooker Pan, which is inserted into Level 1.
  • Sear/Sauté: Ingredients are added to the Combi Cooker Pan, which is inserted into Level 1. This function can only be used with the door open. Nonstick utensils are recommended; metal utensils should be avoided to prevent scratching the nonstick coating.
  • Slow Cook: Only the Combi Cooker Pan is used, without the Crisper Tray.
  • Sous Vide: Requires 12 cups of room-temperature water in the Combi Cooker Pan. Ingredients are placed in single-use resealable plastic bags and submerged using the water displacement method. For cook times over 4 hours or temperatures above 160°F, double-bagging or plastic wrap is recommended. After cooking, food should be finished with a dry heat method (broiling, sautéing, roasting, or air frying).

Troubleshooting:

  • Progress bars: Indicate steam building during COMBI COOKER functions.
  • Excess steam: Normal for the Steam function.
  • Counting up: Indicates the cooking cycle is complete and the unit is in Keep Warm mode.
  • "ADD POT" error: Combi Cooker Pan is not correctly inserted.
  • "ERR" message: Unit malfunction; contact Customer Service.

Helpful Tips:

  • For larger meat cuts, add 3 to 5 minutes to cook time.
  • Arrange ingredients in an even layer for consistent browning; shake halfway through cook time if overlapping.

Maintenance Features:

Everyday Cleaning:

  • Unplug and cool the unit before cleaning.
  • Wipe internal unit and control panel with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive scouring pads.
  • Combi Cooker Pan, crisper tray, and bake tray are dishwasher safe.
  • For stuck food residue, fill the pot with water and soak; use non-abrasive cleanser or liquid dish soap with a nylon pad or brush if scrubbing is needed.
  • NEVER immerse the cooker base in water or put it in the dishwasher.
  • Air-dry all parts after each use.

Deep Cleaning:

  • Fill Combi Cooker Pan with 3 cups of water.
  • Move SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER, select STEAM, and set time to 10 minutes. Close the door and press START/STOP.
  • After the cycle, once the unit has cooled down, wipe down the interior with a wet cloth or sponge. Avoid touching the fan.
  • Remove water from the pot and rinse both the cooking pot and crisper tray thoroughly.
  • Clean the sides of the interior with caution, as the Combi Cooker Pan and bottom heater can be very hot.

Warranty:

The device comes with a One (1) Year Limited Warranty from SharkNinja Operating LLC, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal household conditions. Wearable parts (blending vessels, lids, cups, blades, blender bases, removable pots, racks, pans) are not covered. Damage from misuse, abuse, negligent handling, failure to perform required maintenance, mishandling in transit, consequential/incidental damages, or unauthorized repairs are excluded. Products purchased, used, or operated outside North America are not covered. Customers can register their product online and contact Customer Service for support and warranty claims. A fee may apply for shipping repaired or replacement units.
