This document describes the NITEO Workshop Vacuum Cleaner 1300 W (Model: WVCS0369-21), a versatile vacuum cleaner designed for both dry and wet cleaning tasks in a workshop or home environment.
Function Description
The vacuum cleaner is intended for removing impurities such as dust, crumbs, chips, and spilled liquids from various surfaces. It can be used for dry vacuuming with a paper dust bag or a textile filtering bag, and for wet vacuuming with a foam filter. A unique feature is its ability to function as a blower by connecting the flexible hose to the air outlet. The device is designed for private indoor use.

Usage Features
Before Use:
- Unpack the device and ensure all components are present and undamaged.
- Install the four wheels by sliding them into the wheel installation openings on the vacuum cleaner base.
- Ensure the foam filter (12) is correctly placed on the cage (20).
- For dry vacuuming, place the textile filtering bag (21) onto the foam filter (12). If using a paper dust bag (14), ensure it is fully seated in the hose socket and then place the textile filtering bag (21) over the foam filter (12) for additional protection.
- Attach the lid and secure the latches.
- Connect the flexible hose to the hose socket (8) on the vacuum cleaner, ensuring the tip is oriented correctly and twisted to lock it.
- Attach the metal suction tube (2) to the flexible hose using the connection tip for accessories (18).
- Attach the desired nozzle (double-function floor brush or crevice nozzle) to the metal suction tube.
- The double-function floor brush (11) has two settings: one for smooth surfaces and one for carpets, selectable via a button on the brush housing.
As a Blower:
The flexible hose can be connected to the air outlet (16) to use the device as a blower. Ensure the connection tip is oriented correctly and twisted to lock.
Powering On/Off:
- Unwind the power cord, holding the plug to prevent damage.
- Verify that the power supply voltage matches the device's rating.
- Insert the plug into a power outlet.
- Press the on/off switch (3) to position "I" to turn on the vacuum cleaner.
- After use, press the on/off switch (3) to position "0" to turn off the device.
- Unplug the device and hang the coiled power cord on the upper hook (15).
- Caution: Hold the vacuum cleaner when turning it on to prevent movement.
Wet Operation:
- Ensure the device is disconnected from the power source.
- Remove the lid and ensure the foam filter (12) is properly pulled onto the cage (20) to cover it completely, preventing water from entering the motor.
- Place the textile filtering bag (21) over the foam filter (12) to protect the motor from dust and fine particles that the foam filter cannot capture.
- The float valve (22) will rise with the liquid level and cut off suction when the container is full, preventing liquid from reaching the motor. Immediately turn off the device and empty the container when this occurs.
Electric Socket on Vacuum Cleaner:
The vacuum cleaner features an electric socket (9) for connecting additional devices with a maximum load of 2000 W.
Maintenance Features
General Cleaning and Care:
- Always disconnect the device from the power source and allow it to cool down before cleaning or maintenance to prevent electric shock and burns.
- Do not use chemical, alkaline, abrasive, or disinfecting agents for cleaning, as they may damage the surface.
- Clean the device and accessories with a lightly damp cloth and allow them to dry completely before reuse.
Paper Dust Bag Emptying/Replacement (Dry Operation):
- Disconnect the device from the power source.
- Raise the latch release handles and remove the lid.
- Remove the paper dust bag (14) from the outlet tube.
- Dispose of the used paper dust bag with its contents.
- Install a new paper dust bag as described in the "Before Use" section.
- Close the latches on the lid.
- Replacement 1-litre paper dust bags can be purchased from K&M (www.worki.pl or by phone).
Emptying the Vacuum Cleaner After Wet Operation:
- Disconnect the device from the power source.
- Raise the latch release handles and remove the lid.
- Remove the foam filter (12) from the cage, rinse it under running water, and allow it to dry.
- Pour out all collected contents from the vacuum cleaner body and wipe the interior dry with a cloth.
- Once the foam filter is dry, place it back over the cage.
- Replace the lid and secure the latches.
Repair and Maintenance:
- The device contains no user-serviceable parts. Do not attempt to repair it yourself. Always seek professional repair services.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized service center, or a qualified individual to avoid hazards.
Storage and Transport:
- Clean and dry the device completely.
- The power cord can be coiled around the upper and lower cord hooks.
- Store the device in a dry, well-ventilated place, out of reach of children.
- Store in its original packaging if possible.
- Always carry the device by its handle.
- Protect the device from vibrations and shocks during transport.
Disposal:
- Packaging materials are 100% recyclable. Dispose of them according to local regulations.
- The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol (WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU) indicates that the product should not be disposed of with domestic waste but must be taken to a designated collection point for electrical and electronic devices.
- Plastic components in the device can be recycled.
- Contact local authorities or the retailer for information on proper disposal points.
Warranty:
- The product comes with a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- To claim a warranty, deliver the product to a Biedronka store with the duly completed warranty card or purchase receipt and a detailed description of the defect.
- The warranty covers free repair, replacement, or refund at the Warrantor's discretion.
- The warranty does not cover mechanical damage not caused by the manufacturer, incorrect usage, or force majeure.
- The warranty is void if the tamper-proof seal is removed by an unauthorized person.
- Repairs will be completed within 21 days, extendable to 1 month if spare parts need to be ordered.
- The warranty applies within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
