31) Remove the CAMERA KEY.
32) Remove the VOLUME KEY.
33) Use the sharp end of the SS-93 to release the
EARPIECE.
34) Remove the EARPIECE. Do not use it again.
Discard it. Remove also the EARPIECE adhesive
remains.
35) Use the SS-93 to release the PROXY BOOT and
remove it.
36) Use the SS-93 to lever up the IHF SPEAKER.
