suspect the device is not working properly, take it to the nearest authorized service
facility.
Do not cover the area above the touch screen with, for example, protective film or tape.
Insert the SIM card and battery
Insert the SIM card.
Important: To prevent damage to the SIM card, always remove the battery before you
insert or remove the card.
1 Remove the back cover.
2 If the battery is inserted, remove the battery.
Always switch the device off and disconnect the charger before removing the
battery.
3 Open the cover of the SIM card slot.
