Smontaggio
1) Premere lo sportellino anteriore verso l’interno del casco; lo sportellino anteriore
resterà bloccato in posizione aperta e quello posteriore si aprirà contemporanea-
mente verso l’esterno.
2) Tirare leggermente il sistema JSW verso l’esterno del casco fino al suo completo
distacco dalla calotta (fig. 1).
Montaggio
1) Posizionare i perni di aggancio del sistema JSW in corrispondenza dei fori d’ag-
gancio presenti sulla calotta.
2) Premere il sistema JSW verso l’interno del casco agganciandolo alla calotta (fig. 2).
MANUTENZIONE E PULIZIA
- Non smontare le componenti del sistema JSW.
- Non utilizzare il casco senza il sistema JSW correttamente montato sul casco.
- Il polistirolo interno è un materiale facilmente deformabile ed ha lo scopo di assor-
bire gli urti mediante alterazione o parziale distruzione.
- NON MODIFICARE IN NESSUN MODO LE COMPONENTI INTERNE DEL
CASCO IN POLISTIROLO.
- Per le operazioni di pulizia utilizzare solo acqua, sapone neutro e asciugare aiu-
tandosi con aria compressa.
- NON USARE MAI BENZINA, DILUENTE, BENZOLO O ALTRI SOLVENTI E/O
SOSTANZE CHIMICHE.

Disassembly
1) Push the front port inside the helmet. The front port will remain locked in the open
position, while that at the rear will open outwards.
2) Pull the JSW system slightly towards the exterior of the helmet until it detaches
completely from the shell (fig. 1).
Assembly
1) Position the locking pins of the JSW system in line with the fastening holes on the
shell.
2) Push the JSW system inside the helmet and fasten it to the shell (fig. 2).
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Do not disassemble the components of the JSW system.
- Do not use the helmet without the JSW system correctly assembled on the helmet.
- The inner polystyrene can easily be deformed. Its function is to absorb impacts by
alteration and partial destruction.
- DO NOT MODIFY IN ANY WAY THE HELMET INTERNAL POLYSTYRENE
COMPONENTS.
- Use only neutral soap and water for cleaning and compressed air as a drying aid.
- NEVER USE PETROL, THINNERS, BENZOL OR OTHER SOLVENTS AND/OR
CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES.

Abnehmen
1) Die vordere Klappe zur Innenseite des Helms drücken; die vordere Klappe bleibt
in der geöffneten Stellung blockiert und die hintere Klappe öffnet sich gleichzeitig
nach außen.
2) Das JSW-System leicht nach außen ziehen, bis es vollständig von der Schale
gelöst ist (Abb. 1).
Anbringen
1) Die Befestigungszapfen des JSW-Systems in Übereinstimmung mit den
Einrastöffnungen auf der Schale bringen.
2) Das JSW-System zur Innenseite des Helms drücken, um es in der Schale einzu-
rasten (Abb. 2).
WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG
- Das JSW-System nicht in seine Einzelteile zerlegen.
- Den Helm nicht ohne das korrekt angebrachte JSW-System verwenden.
- Das innenliegende Polystyrol ist leicht verformbar und hat den Zweck, Stöße
durch Verformung oder teilweise Zerstörung zu absorbieren.
- DIE INNENTEILE DES HELMS AUS POLYSTYROL DÜRFEN IN KEINER WEISE
VERÄNDERT WERDEN.
- Zur Reinigung nur Wasser und neutrale Seife verwenden und eventuell mit
Druckluft trocknen.
- NIEMALS BENZIN, VERDÜNNUNGSMITTEL, BENZOL ODER ANDERE
LÖSUNGSMITTEL BZW. CHEMISCHE SUBSTANZEN VERWENDEN.
