What to do if the light on my NOMA 052-9339-8 does not work?

      Jessica DonaldsonAug 12, 2025
If the light on your NOMA Fan isn't working, first ensure the wire connector in the switch housing is connected. If that's not the issue, try unscrewing the light bulb and discarding it properly, as it may be faulty. Also, this fan is equipped with a 70 W LIMITER that will automatically turn the light off if the total wattage exceeds the maximum wattage level, so turn the power OFF and replace the bulb with lower wattage bulbs so that the total wattage is below 70 W.

How to fix a noisy NOMA 052-9339-8 Fan?
    • J
      Juan GrahamAug 17, 2025
If your NOMA Fan is noisy, several issues could be the cause. Start by tightening any loose blade screws with a screwdriver. Then, check and tighten the screws on the mounting bracket or canopy, as well as the screws securing the decorative housing to the hanger. Also, check the screws securing the downrod to the hanger. If noise persists, hand-tighten any loose glass shades or bulbs. If wire connectors are vibrating against the inside of the canopy, disconnect the power at the fuse box, loosen the canopy, and reposition the connectors. Ensure the light kit or light bulb is firmly attached by removing and re-attaching it. Make sure the canopy is not touching the ceiling. Finally, check and tighten the motor housing screws if they have come loose.

Why is my NOMA Fan wobbling?
    • U
      ufordAug 23, 2025
If your NOMA Fan wobbles or shakes too much, make sure the screws securing the fan blade clips to the motor are fastened and tightened. Also, tighten the screws of the fan blade to the blade clip securely. Ensure the canopy and mounting bracket are tightened securely to the ceiling joist. Finally, check if the blades are unbalanced by measuring the distance from a point on the ceiling to the tip of each blade. Adjust accordingly if the blade levels are not equal, consulting the Balancing Kit Manual.

Why doesn't my NOMA 052-9339-8 Fan move much air?
    • K
      Kevin PotterAug 29, 2025
If your NOMA Fan isn't moving much air, it might be in reverse, with the blades moving clockwise. Counter-clockwise (forward) is recommended in warm weather. Also, make sure the fan is in the center of the room with at least 12" (30 cm) between the blade ends and any walls or obstructions.
