inal purchase. The Compan

warrants, provided that the E

uipment shall at all
times have been in possession of and used b

the ori

inal consumer-purchaser, that:
A. The Compan

will provide free service and replacement of defective parts at no char
g
e at all authorized Norcold Service Cen-
ters for a period of one
y
ear from the date of ori
g
inal purchase. This Limited Warrant
y
covers labor costs incurred in removin
g
and re-installin
g
the refri
g
erator onl
y
when necessar
y
to replace a defective part. The Compan
y
will pa
y
inbound and outbound
transportation costs of an
y
defective part, for a 1-
y
ear period commencin
g
with date of purchase. The ori
g
inal consumer-pur-
chaser must pa
y
all expenses incurred in makin
g
the e
q
uipment available at one of the Norcold Service Centers.
B. The followin

to obtain performance under the terms of
this Limited Warrant

erator must be brou

ht to an

of the Norcold Service Centers and the ori
g
inal consumer-pur-
chaser must present evidence

the ori

inal consumer-purchaser; and
(

)
that the item claimed to be defective is
still within the warrant

covera
g
e. If the ori
g
inal consumer-purchaser is unable to accomplish this task, written notice should be
immediatel

directed to Norcold and advice will be promptl
y
g
iven concernin
g
the manner in which warrant
y
service ma
y
be ob-
tained. Inabilit

to ph

erator to a Norcold Service Center will not void the warrant

C. The Compan

will not be liable under this Limited Warrant

defects found at the time of purchase which are not communicated to the Compan

ht bulbs.

Defects arisin

from improper installation or ad

ustment of the E

uipment.

The need for normal maintenance of this refri

erator, includin

the cleanin

of the flue dilution assembl

and orifice, and the
ad

ustment of the

as pressure re
g
ulator in the case of
g
as-electric models.

from the improper use of parts or parts not manufactured or supplied b

the Compan
y
in the course of re-
pairs or replacements to the E

uipment.
D. Emplo

ees and a

ents of the Compan
y
, and its authorized service representatives, have no authorit

the terms of the
Limited Warrant
y
, which applies onl

to E
q
uipment purchased and installed in the United States of America and the Dominion of
Canada. The Compan
y
reserves the ri
g
ht to make an
y
improvements or chan
g
es in parts of models without notice to an
y
ori
g
i-
nal consumer-purchaser.
E. The Compan
y
shall not be liable or in an
y
wa
y
responsible for an
y
loss or dama
g
e to person or propert
y
, or lost profits or other
similar loss or dama
g
e that ma

result or be claimed to have resulted from a defect in an

part of the E

uipment covered b

this Limited Warrant

F. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABLITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE:

OF PURCHASE.
