5.4 System faults
Adjusting fault!
•
The controller was trying to increase and decrease setting at the same time. This
cannot be done. After a delay feed to the crusher was stopped.
Filter jam
•
There is a filter jam in lubrication oil. Check the filter and replace if necessary.
Lubrication problem, process stopped!
•
Process has been stopped because of the lubrication failure. Possible problems: Oil
pressure is low. There is no oil flow. Check these and fix the problems. Crushing can
not be continued before these problems have been fixed.
5.5 Error messages concerning software updating and network management
Connection broken (PCM-LCM or DCU-PCM).
•
Connection between DCU and PCM, or connection between PCM and LCM modules
is broken. Check the cables and connectors. If connections are ok, try switching the
power off and back on. In other cases contact the maintenance.
DCU CAN connection recovered.
•
DCU was disconnected from the can bus for a while, but has now recovered.
CAN bus malfunction.
•
The CAN cables are damaged. Check for possible short circuits or breaks.
DCU CAN connection broken.
•
Check the CAN connector of the DCU.
Unknown node responded
•
This network does not contain a node with the received identifier. Check the
identification switches.
PCM not responding - still trying.
•
Normally PCM is asked periodically to send its CAN status. This message is now
missing. Normally this happens when the CAN connection at PCM is loose.
LCM not responding -still trying.
•
Normally LCM is asked to send periodically its CAN status. This message is now
missing. Normally this happens when the CAN connection at LCM is loose.
PCM recovered.
•
PCM did not send its status earlier, but has now recovered and is working properly.
